Dead Fish was born and raised on the streets of Chicago. At the ripe age of ten he was dumped into Mundan-iana, or Indiana to those of you that have not been there. With all those mid westerners walking around like zombies how could one not gain appreciation for things zombie related? He grew up on a mixture of Nick-at-Night, Scooby Doo, and The Munsters and was fuelled by Gwar and Brian Warner, along with all things gore filled and spooky.
Dead Fish started out as a security guard at Interface, a Gothic night that was held by the club Underground in down town Tampa. He then heeded the Castle’s call, a Gothic Night Saloon in Ybor City, and had worked there for six years. He cannot even begin to describe the weird things he was exposed to in there. He has done special effects for music videos and movies. Dead Fish fastly became a familiar face in the local scene and has a controversial reputation. With his charisma and compelling desire to entertain, it is only suiting that he would fall into a leadership role with The Deadite Empire.
His favorite zombie movies are “Night of the Living Dead” and “Dawn of the Dead” (both versions). He has a love for 60s and 70s biker movies. His favorite zombie books are “The Rising” and “City of the Dead” from the author Brian Keene. “The Misfits” is his favorite horror based music band. And of course, “Scooby Doo” is his favorite spooky cartoon.
